Our three bedroom luxury Penthouse apartment is ideally located in the lower area of Paphos only 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes flat walking to the ancient port of Kato Paphos with its famous harbour, restaurants and nightlife. The Penthouse is perfect for a self catering holiday being close to shops but a little away from the noise, hustle and bustle of this thriving tourist area.
Although we have limited the Penthouse to 4 guests all 3 bedrooms are available giving you plenty of room to settle in and enjoy.

One of the things that makes this Penthouse apartment something special is our private terrace. Measuring over 115m2 we have laid it out into three individual areas for dining, lounging and sunbathing.
The dining area features a large round granite table and the lounge furniture is comfortable and of the all weather variety. For the sunbathers there are four quality loungers and large parasols.
